What devices and programs can I listen to your MP3s on?
You can listen to your downloaded music with Itunes, Windows Media Player, or the digital music program of choice. You can then load your music on any device that supports MP3s, which is most of them these days. Please note that the folders containing the MP3s are zipped, so you need software to unzip the files before you can listen to them.
How do I purchase and access your eBooks or MP3s?
Click ‘add to cart’ or ‘add’ on the product page. Go to your shopping cart and click ‘proceed to checkout’. Enter your shipping and billing information and click ‘place order’. A confirmation page will appear that has your order details:
You can download your file by clicking on the link after ‘Download file’. You will also be sent a confirmation email with a download link and you can always return to your account on nativeground.com to download past purchases.
How can I put my eBook on my Kindle (or other device)?
Connect your Kindle/other device to your computer with a USB cable and you should have the option to open the files contained on your device; at this point you can drag and drop the PDF into one of your folders and after you disconnect you should find your eBook.
Can I print a hard copy of an eBook that I purchased on my home printer?
I want to read one of your instruction books on my e-ink Kindle. Will the screen be too small for it to be useful?
As long as you don’t have terrible eyesight, it should be fine.
Do I get an instructional CD when I purchase an instructional eBook?
When you purchase an eBook version of one of our instructional books that usually comes with a CD, you will download a zipped file that contains a PDF of your book and a folder with the numbered MP3s that correspond with the book.
I bought one of your eBooks from Amazon (or Barns & Noble, Apple, etc). How to I access the sound files that are supposed to come with it?
The first page that should open on your Kindle/Nook/etc version of this book is a page that gives you a link and password to a password protected page where you can download the instructional tracks. If you have a paperback book and would like access to the MP3s instead of the CD that came with it, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (make sure to include the full title of your book).
**If you have questions that aren’t listed in the FAQ, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Important: Make sure to include the full title of your book so we are able to help you!**
